Samama Group of Companies was established in 1979, and is listed amongst the largest companies in the Middle East. Samama currently has over 16,500 employees, offices throughout the region, and is ISO certified.

This multi-faceted group covers a wide and diversified range of sectors including: major construction projects, engineering, operation and maintenance services (180 million square feet of facilities per year), hospital management (currently 8 hospitals with 3,265 beds), a dairy farm (65,000 cows), cement and precast factory, city cleaning, and waste management.
