Because we have been on both sides of the buyer/vendor relationship, RFP.org understands and respects the importance of privacy protection. Therefore RFP.ORG places a high value on the privacy of our customers. Any contact information that you provide us with will be released only to vendors that most closely match your specific request.
All RFP.ORG pre-qualified vendors have agreed not to release your company or contact information to any other company or individual party outside of their own company. Any vendor who violates this requirement will be removed from the RFP.ORG Approved Vendor Network (AVN).
What information do we gather?
RFP.org only gathers information that is critical to our quest to match buyers with relevant and qualified vendors. We understand the sensitivity of some identifying information and keep your privacy at a top priority within every facet of our organization. If you decide to use our Vendor Matching Services, you will be asked for at least the following information:
- Contact information: (including your name, company name, address, telephone number, email address).
- Estimated project budget.
- Estimated project time outline (when you would be ready for your eCommerce project to start).
- Other basic information about your project that will better inform our matching services as to which vendors are best for your company.
